Our Story

Growing up behind the meat counter taught Owner Dan Casey all he needed to know about pleasing customers. His father was a butcher by trade and in addition to making sure his sons learned all about the meat business, he also instilled in them a strong work ethic.

Since opening his store in 1991, Dan Casey has done just that. As one of the area’s last remaining independent grocery retailers, he commits himself and his staff to serving the customer’s needs each and every day. Exceptional customer service is what makes Casey’s a cut above all other area stores.

Speaking of cuts, only the finest cuts of meats are found in Casey’s meat department, and all meat is cut or packaged to order. Additionally, only the freshest fruits and vegetables make it into the produce department. Within its 22,000 square feet, customers can also shop for groceries, unique gourmet food items, fresh baked goods, and a variety of ready-to-serve items in Casey’s deli department.

Casey’s Goes Green!

Here are just a few examples on how Casey’s Foods is committed to keeping Naperville GREEN:

• Casey's offers 2 types of bags for purchase that can be used for groceries rather than using paper or plastic.
• Casey's Deli, Kitchen, & Bakery departments have changed from non-recyclable containers to bio-degradable containers.
• Administrative staff recycles paper and toner and ink cartridges.
• In the receiving area, all cardboard and plastic shipping containers are baled and recycled..
• Casey's has entered into a new agreement with Community Energy, Inc. which commits Casey's to purchase clean, renewable energy for a portion of its energy use. The clean energy choice will be supplied by wind energy marketer and developer Community Energy.
