Brian's Famous (and EASY) Barbeque Ribs

Baby Back Ribs
White Vinegar
Lysander’s Hickory Flavor Rub (or your favorite seasonings)
Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbeque Sauce (or your favorite sauce)

Preheat oven to 325F. Baste ribs with white vinegar. Season lightly with the Lysander’s rub or your favorite seasonings. Bake covered for 1 hr 45 minutes to 2 hours. Remove from oven. Coat ribs with Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbeque Sauce or your favorite BBQ sauce. Put ribs back in oven, uncovered, for an additional 10 to 15 minutes to let the sauce thicken. Enjoy!

Cooking Tips

Terry's Bourbon Honey Glaze

½ C Honey
1 T Dijon Mustard
1 T Bourbon
1½ t lemon juice
1/8 t ground cloves
½ C brown sugar
Pineapple & Cherry (optional)

Whisk all ingredients until well blended. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.  Cool to room temperature.  Lightly score ham with sharp knife.  Place ham in roasting pan.  Coat ham with glaze mixture.  Tent with aluminum foil sealing edges.  Bake 325 oven 12 minutes per pound.  Add second coat of glaze. Increase oven temperature to 425 for 12-15 minutes uncovered.  Pineapple ring and cherry can be added as garnish.
