Casey’s carries 10 to 12 different varieties of fresh fish daily - most are seasonal. We always have salmon (wild & farmed), tilapia, and orange roughy (also stuffed). In addition, Casey’s also offers a full line of frozen shrimp, crab legs and lobster tails.

Easy Shrimp Scampi
2 lb raw peeled and deveined Jumbo Shrimp
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 stick butter
Juice from 1 fresh lemon
¼ C olive oil
½ T dried parsley
Rinse and drain shrimp. Melt butter and olive oil in skillet. Add garlic and sauté several minutes until soft. Stir in lemon juice, parsley and shrimp. Saute and baste shrimp 5-7 minutes, until white and firm. Serve over hot cooked linguine.
