Center Cut Beef Tenderloin Roast

The center cut beef tenderloin ranges from 1 lb to max 5 lbs as one roast. We suggest an 8 oz portion per person. This tender, extremely lean, boneless tenderloin is fully trimmed and has no waste. Can be sliced into Filet Mignon steaks. *Please specify if you would like us to include a slice of suet with your product. If using suet while cooking, we suggest adding seasoning directly to the meat and then placing the suet on top of the seasoned meat before cooking.*
