Our butchers take boneless pork chops and generously coat them in a layer of seasonings, shredded cheddar, and panko breadcrumbs. The cooked result is a golden, crispy outer layer, followed by a bite of tender, juicy pork.  ***Each package contains between 2 to 4 chops, and weighs approximately 1.25 lbs each.***
